/nick NAME - This will change your name
/nickserv register PASSWORD EMAIL - This will register your name so that only you can have have that name (please don't forget your password and use a valid email address)
/ns identify PASSWORD - Once you have registered you name you will need to type this command every time you enter IRC to identify yourself so that only you can use that name.
/me TEXT - will print up your name, followed by whatever text you wish to add e.g. '/me slaps taterdragon' would in my case produce: * Genki slaps taterdragon
X and TAB (where x is any letter in the alphabet) - This will scroll through the names of the people in the channel to save you typing it out every time. Useful as many people mIRC with versions that beep you every time someone says your name!
/join #CHANNEL - Will enter you into another channel of your choice (suggestions: /join #pheonixcrusaders, /join #BBR, /join #Nazgul_Reloaded)
